We like to think that we produce designs that everyone likes. Of course, good design is defined uniquely by each person who sees it so we try to cater to common tastes and popular styles. We also listen to our customers and feedback we receive, wherever it may have come from. We also look carefully at our customer's identity and we ensure that is projected within our design work.

If you're a new start-up and you don't yet have an identity, we're simply bursting with ideas for you. Just tell us what you have in mind and we'll make it reality or if you don't have a starting point, we'll go blue sky and throw great ideas at you.

Logo / Brand Identity

A business needs a logo and an identity that sticks in people's minds. The best logos are often the most simple, they tend to be more memorable and timeless. That's what we aim for at TRS Design.

We have years of experience designing all sorts of different logos. Our Graphic/print design portfolio shows a few good examples of our work. We've been asked to custom design shapes, patterns, themes and more. We always research the business we're designing for to make sure we understand them and their customer, then we design with both in mind.

Business Cards

We believe a good business card should be a neat, clean design containing only the necessary information. No one remembers or enjoys a business card that is wall to wall contact options. A business card is a personal gift to your customer so it should ideally contain one or two contact numbers, an email address, a website address and the company logo. If important, you should also include job position, possibly the description of the company and very little more.

We have designed business cards with rounded edges, on shiny plastic-like material, double-sided, multi-lingual and much more.

Flyers

Flyers are a great way to market your business when done right. Whether handed out or displayed in a holder, a flyer must stand out to get noticed, read and kept. It should say everything it needs to say in a very short amount of time - the simpler and more concise the better. Often taking the approach of "a picture is worth a thousand words" is a great method and gets positive results. It all depends on the product/services you want to promote. Like all our design work, we'll make sure we understand your business and your customer in order to produce the perfect flyer!

Adverts

At TRS Design we've created all sorts of adverts, from tiny adverts in "what's on" guides to full page adverts in National newspapers. Brochures / Leaflets

Unlike flyers, brochures and leaflets are all about marketing your product/service through textual information (with a few sexy photos to keep the readers interest!). We believe a good leaflet or brochure consists of well laid out text with related images that the reader can follow easily, that doesn't overwhelm but simply gives the exact information they need to further their interest.

Banners (Static or Animated)

Our lead Designer, Toby walked past KallKwik printers recently (Feb 2009) and saw their special offer to design an animated banner from £150! After he picked himself up off the ground and brushed himself down, he wondered if it was a typo, then he remembered it was a printers, so it probably wasn't. At TRS Design, we know a lot of our customers are unsure of how web technology works, what goes into the design and development process but unlike many others we never take advantage of that. We're here to help, to advise and to provide a service at a fair price. We produce static and animated banners of all sizes, we have experience in optimisation of banners for file size as well as years and years of watching what people actually click on and what a good banner really is.
